  1. Purpose and acceptance

    This legal disclaimer governs the use of the web site Tenoingenieros.com.

    By browsing the web page www.tenoingenieros.com you become a user thereof and this condition implies that you fully accept, without exceptions, each and every requirement included in this Legal Disclaimer, which may be eventually modified.

    The user undertakes to make proper use of the web site in conformity with the law, the good faith, the public order, traffic uses and with the present Legal Disclaimer. The User shall vouch for the company and for third parties regarding damages which might take place as a result of non compliance with said obligation.


  2. Access and use conditions

    The web site and its services are of free access. The User guarantees that all the data provided to Teno Ingenieros is authentic and up-to-date and only he/she shall be liable for false or inaccurate information he/she provides.

    All the contents of the Web site, such as texts, photographs, graphs, images, icons, technology, software as well as its graphic design and source codes constitute a work belonging to Teno Ingenieros, the exploitation rights of which are not understood as assigned to the User beyond what is strictly necessary for the correct use of the Web.

Furthermore, Teno Ingenieros shall cancel or rectify the data when they are inaccurate, incomplete or no longer necessary or relevant for their purpose, in conformity with Organic Act 15/1999, of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection.
